Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Coverage: we currently ship within the United States.
• Delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Cost: free shipping on orders over $150. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout by destination.
• Tracking: you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

• You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
• To start a return, write to info@jdyuversityusa.com or WhatsApp +1 786 614-6594 with your order number.
• For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless defective.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.
